“530mm x 530mm Charcoal Black Granite Pier Cap.Excellent Product and Build & Plumb staff go above and beyond in an effoet to help you out, would have left a 5 star review had the order arrived on the due date/day whitch I organised and arranged to be off work and be home for, had to arrange another day off work to recieve my order 2 days later, all rather frustrating not to mention having had to take 2 days off work instead of 1.”

“I ordered about 4 pm on Monday 29/09/25 with a Delivery charge of £4.99 underneath a statement to pay £5.00 for next day delivery i thought Great. the next morning when i read yuor email it stated delivery Wednesday 01/10/25 that is not next day. I had to cancelled the person who was going to do the job for me, then i receive an email from your Courier Service it was delivering between 11.30-13.30 on 01/10/25 so asked the person who was doing the job all OK. I then received an email that they could not get an answer from me on delivery when i was in ALL DAY. I then started to get on to DXEXPRESS having to pay Premium phone costs who after looking into what has happened says it was scanned onto another van and could not get it until 02/10/25 and this did not arrived until 4pm. I am very annoyed about your £5.00 extra charge when it says NEXT DAY and also DXEXPRESS who delivers for your Company . I have no apologies from them and will be in contact them. We have spoken to the customer via email and arranged a refund for the next day delivery charge and explained how our system works, apologies for the delay with the courier this is out of our control and will look into making sure all deliveries are treated as equal. Regards BuildandPlumb

“I am not completely satisfied, I ordered a pair of pants in my usual size, but they are two sizes smaller, plus the delivery took about 2 weeks... and the return is at my expense.”

“No returns slip in order, have to print off a template myself from the website, fill it in, then re package parcel with slip inside. A lot of faf to return wellies that don't fit properly. Probably wouldn't order any form of clothing from here again.”

“Delivery was meant to come on the Tuesday but was delayed which would’ve been fine if I was notified. It was then meant to come between 10,53 & 12.53 after I received a text confirming this, it was delayed again which would be fine if I was notified. It did eventually arrive that day a few hours later than expected. Product seems good but I haven’t tried to fit it yet but communication of delivery service was poor.”

“It states when placing an Oder if you do before 12 delivery is next day but when the order is made you are then asked for £6 delivery charge. 🤬”

“Not the speediest of deliveries. Items ordered 8:48 am Friday Advised that carrier would collect Saturday Items delivered Tuesday and delivery driver left the cartons at the rear of the van door in the middle of the road ! 3 heavy cartons - too heavy for a young man but OK for a 73-year old ? What else could you expect for free delivery ?”
