“Excellent customer service recovery from Build & Plumb. My order of BW1 tanking paint arrived with the 5L container broken and leaking quite badly. B&P responded very quickly and a replacement was dispatched within a couple of hours. This was a very high value item (£160) and despite this their priority was to replace the item.”
