“The social worker assigned by Cafcass refused to write my concerns, instead she decide to write all baseless allegations the mother made, used half page pages to highlight the fake actions of the mother and made a reccomandation of only interim contact with my 5 years old baby girl. The safeguarding letter was full of bias for the mother who stopped the contact as she is suffering from malicious mother syndrome. Also Cafcass made a nonsense advise to the judge. Such as I could have sent book and letter and postcard to my 5 years old baby girl who doesn't know how to read and write. This cafcass lady refused to even to be told the background of the matter which started with an international abduction and a secret relocation of the child. Ms cafcass ignored all this criminal action done by the mother! She would be better to change job and not to work anymore in contact with children. She is supporting parental alienation done by mothers. I really think this woman is sick and indeed doesn't respect children rights! Cafcass should close down.”

I had this scambag named Bernden Thomas, she did not bother to read the entire report of the courts before evaluating me, she is very unprofessional and biased towards what the mother only had to accuse me of, they all have their own agenda to keep the child away from the father, they always see the father as the bad person but cannot see how bad the mother is by making false accusations, they see the father as bank accounts for the mothers. Without any evidence, she told the courts that she believes it is unsafe for the child to have direct contact with the father. However, the mother allowed the child to see/be with the father prior to going to court; surely, if the father was not safe, the perfect mother would not have allowed the child to be alone with the father.
Bernanden Thomas made a video call when she was paid to do her job of visiting the parent/child, she asked my daughter if she missed anything? but she didn't bother to ask if she missed her father? while the mother was instructing the child on what to say and what not to say.
She asked me what I would say if my daughter asked where I had been all these years without seeing her, to which I replied that I will only speak the truth and would like to know what the mother has been saying about so I can understand, to which she replied that I was basically tearing into the mother and the mother is such a good person.
The only thing these scumbags do well is separate and cause friction between the child and father because they believe mothers are perfect and will not hurt a fly, if only they knew how mothers are once they give birth to a child, they gain the upper hand for amminuation.”

“Where do I start, Oxford Cafcas the most unprofessional service ever, and to think they are appointed to provide collected information reports for the family courts system. The advisors name is Ruth "I assume everything" Alexander firstly she reports I was early to her appointment because I was early not caring for my boys education and attendance if she had a brain and asked why I would have explained that my two youngest didn't start there school term till the 5th and today is the 4th and my eldest gets out of school at 2pm on Wednesdays hence why Iam early!!! They have no processes and protocols they interview me the parent first and then the children and in doing so have taken all the information from a 13 year old boy who wants his ps & vr back after I took them away for shop lifting, vaping, smoking weed and touching alcohol as the gospel meaning the order in which the interviews where done where back to front, I had no chance to comment on anything said by my son making her REPORT COMPLETELY BIAS!!!! She assumed slot but knew nothing!!! also she interviewed my children 13, 10, 8 in another room without me in it which not even the police can do as a parent must be present ( a school can't give your children medicine you have to go in and give it to them!!). There is 8 years of social involvement due to my ex boys mum being an alcoholic, drug addict and a convicted drug dealer in reports which I believe she never asked or obtained to read and get info on the family's back ground, instead makes a parents hard work and effort feel like nothing!!!! And as for the court that I paid £400 to, to get an order to keep the mother in some sort of supervised visit plan I am disgusted that a judge can be so dismissive and rude (Hey judge your not better then us, all are equal in the eyes of eqauilty get off you high horse!!) My rent over but Ruth Alexander may I suggest you look for another job!!!!”

“They took my child from a safe loving home and moved him with the other parent who was abusing me through the children, they ignored my eldest child had already be taken and come back to me. Over the next 3 years the court order was broken repeatedly, contact interrupted and my child slowly alienated from the whole family, the other parent was using children online to create a false impression of me and making my child report false allegations to the school who joined forces to keep me away from my child. Another S7 was ordered, apparently the emotional trauma of having your own child turned against you is intense behaviour therefore no contact order should be made.
