“Their EMS Course Library is incredibly frustrating. You'll frequently come across bugs that crash the course requiring you to reopen. The tests are behind a timer that seems to align with their perceived assumption of when you should finish the course. However, the timer is only active if that specific course is open, and will pause if you leave the window. Sitting here waiting for an intermittent timer to tick down is infuriating. Then there are courses that wont open at all because the initial screen says you have not done something, but the course doesn't fully load so you can't complete what it wants you to finish. The courses themselves are read by a computer voice that is not great. The material is basic, and quite generic. In all, I really wish my agency worked with a different company for CEUs.”

“This has brought so much trouble to me recently. They say they offer weekend classes. They do not and when asked they said only during the busy season. Last time I checked medical professionals work year round, and now every season is busy. They also cap you on the amount of CEs you can get in one day. FALSE advertisement is what they bait you with to purchase something that you have to have in order to update your certifications. They just want your money and do not want to help you. Apparently you will not be let in if you try to register and join your class 10 minutes early. THEY HAVE A FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THAT SAYS YOU CAN DO CLASS ON THE WEEKENDS AND THEY DO NOT OFFER THAT. THEY TOLD ME ONLY DURING THE BUSY SEASON. NOT WORTH $250 IN MY OPINION.”

“The technical issues at the beginning were handled within 24 hours. The material is up to date, and very fluid for the learning environment.”

“There is cap to how many CEs you can obtain in one day. This is wrong for people that are in a time crunch. This needs to be made aware when purchasing. Due to this mishap, I missed my registry deadline. If there would have been no cap on CEs earned, I would have been eligible to recertify my registry.”

“You guys are a blessing, because I was scrambling, trying to find ceu courses for my national registry and had what I was looking for in certain courses and I am grateful for the easy accessibility and ease of learning at my pace and not to mention the cost of the courses. I going to stick with you guys and share you with others. Keep up the good work!”

“Very pleased with the ease of use and customer service. Yesterday, I spoke with Wendy to ask some questions about getting my EMS CE credits into the NREMT system. She was incredibly helpful and anticipated my questions. In a time where good customer service is hard to find, it's good to know CareerCert takes it seriously.”

“This has been the most frustrating CEU site. I will not recommend you to my enemy. After I completed the long long long readings and listened to your long long long videos, I could not take the exam and get credit. your courses have been pure nightmares.”

“Limiting the number of daily hours obtainable is insane. If it weren’t for this, I’d recommend your product. Otherwise, look elsewhere.”

“I thought my teacher, Matt, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and taught an engaging class for people of all provider levels. However, things I did expect to review were drug dosages and more scenarios. I understand that these are nation-wide classes and protocols are different, but going over basic drug dosaging/scenarios could still be beneficial for all. Otherwise, I enjoyed the class and will definitely recommend to others.”

“For the training course I took the information was presented on way too high of a level and it was advertised as an entry course. I found most of the information to be unusable. Information I would have liked to have seen was not covered.”
