“Generally a very good and speedy service although I am still awaiting this last order. It has been the weekend but I can't use my printer at present. Perhaps deliveries don't function on Saturday or Sunday. PS Cartridges delivered this morning by cheerful delivery man. He told me they do work Saturday mornings but clearly my order went in too late for that. Thank you.”

“A rare REAL example of customer service! In a hurry I ordered some toner for my laser machine (or so I thought). Turns out I had ordered a replacement drum, the team at CW spotted this and suspected my error. Phoned me the next day and corrected the order giving me a slightly more expensive toner cartridge at no extra charge. I will be using cartridge world again! Shame the branches have closed.”

“Received cartridges within 24 hours. Found out the correct cartridges from the manufacturer and chose this company as I can buy the original cartridges as well as compatible ones if there is no stock of the originals. Easy to pay as well.”

“Initially my Canon printer would not accept your cartridge. I had never had a problem in the past, with other suppliers of remanufactured cartridges. After contacting you to complain about this, I did receive instructions as to how to make it accept the cartridge, which did fortunately work. However, I could find no reference as to how much ink your 560XL cartridge contained, whilst other suppliers do show the ml content.”
