“I ordered two items; one did not arrive. I telephoned several times, left a message and sent three emails asking about the missing item. I have had no response at all. Very disappointing.”

“Absolutely terrible company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Placed an order on 28/12 and never received a confirmation email. I had a delivery date between 03 - 05/12, So I tried calling on Monday and no answer! Then I followed this up via email to confirm my order, again no answer! I downloaded the Shop app to check and that doesn't even say its on its way!”

“Just taken delivery of my 6ft slim tree. I am 83, a widow on my own and I have assembled the tree this evening with no problem. Excellent quality. Very pleased. Val Woolf”

“I have never received my item from here, so BUYER BEWARE! Evri is still showing as awaiting pick up. Despite many attempts to contact this company I have been unable to, emails bounce back and telephone is an abrupt answer phone constantly. Maybe in future this company will think twice about requesting reviews until they actually fulfil their sales.”

“They are very helpful & solved my problem. In the first instance my order did not arrive, but that was the fault of the courier. I was shown a photo of my garden with no parcel in it, the invisible delivery. A replacement was sent by Celebright which arrived quickly, but unfortunately was faulty. Upon my advice they refunded my money without question. I have since bought another replacement which is working well at present”
