“I bought a chilli tech bike camera on may10th it finally arrived on may 27
There were no instructions in the box . Only a QR code to open the instructions ,
The video was very amateur .following the instructions it didn’t work contacted the company he sent more videos tutorial still didn’t work
Finally after spending hours to get to get this useless camera to work I ask to send it back . This is where you realise how bad customer service is . They ask me to video what I was doing wrong after spending hours all I wanted was to send it back , so I did to my surprise the owner said it worked . He refunded me less my cost to return it an the cost of sending it to me which was £3.90 both ways
I asked to refund the whole amount an guess what . I went to my card company an asked for a section 75 for the whole amount the card company honoured it
To sum it up it’s a rubbish product an cheap if you pay peanuts you get monkeys
An as a company if you have a faulty product don’t start an argument with your customers I hope you see this is no way treat customers”

“Sadly not a very good experience with Chilli Tech. When I purchased the camera, it took a 25 days for delivery. I was pleased with the bullet cam as it did a very good job until it broke down (camera worked 8 months). I send it back to the company as requested, camera was received by Chilli Tech on 5th of May and as of today (15 June) still nothing. A couple of emails to fob me off and presently no answers. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.”
