“I needed to stock up on machine embroidery supplies, I emailed for advice and received a prompt response giving me all the info I needed plus more. I then placed my order and was notified within 24 hours that my order had been received and was on its way, really speedy service!”

“My experience of Cole's Sewing Centre has been abundantly positive. There has been slight issues with my order but Deborah of Cole's Sewing Centre has been very helpful - recommending a new colour thread for a discontinued colour, placing an order for a colour I asked for that they didn't have in stock, putting my name down for another colour that's on back order and sending the majority of my order to me by courier so they weren't left on the doorstep while I'm away. Thank you Deborah and Cole's Sewing Centre for being helpful, kind and accommodating.”

“Arrived as per agreement on Friday 11th August. But I am awaiting for someone to come and take away the EPIC machine which was taken in Part Exchange. Otherwise all very good as usual.”

“I ordered a hoop recently and it arrived very promptly and I was advised when it was processed and then dispatched with a tracking number to follow its progress .I was very impressed,all to often ordering good online leaves you in the dark to when your product will arrive if ever. The hoop was a perfect in between size and worth ordering to save stabiliser wastage.”
