“Very careful with this company. They are part of a big scam based on stealing peoples cars or loosing their keys and ask for more money to recover your things. I never had this experience before with any other company. But please, do your research online before booking in here. I had the worse experience of my life with this company. I booked with Gatwick Park and Ride (Gatwick Secure LTD) wich ended been a big scam. They left my car at the airport for 10 days, they said they lost my car keys (and other 2 on the same day), they made me wait 3 hours at the airport trying to delay the time. They tried to convince me of a bunch of lies and as soon as I questioned anything they became very aggresive. They change the directors of the company using fake addresses and fake directors. Just check online for their companies (same name) that been dissolved and their reviews. They are trying to start the same scam again since February this year, and police is taking information from different victims to be able to close down this companies. When I contacted with this page it was the same people that was part of the scam. So no solution. I recovered my car having to pay a huge fee for Airport charge and new keys. Be very careful.”
“This service is a total con and certainly not fit for purpose. We had an agonising wait for them to pick the car up from Bristol Airport. Then while I was paying for the parking the driver of the van that brought the iffy drivers in was very rude to my wife, which unnerved her. Then when we returned to the UK & called them, we were told of a 50-60 minute wait as they were busy. Then we had a call to say that they were going to pick us up in a VW Transported to ferry us to their yard to get our cars. We then waited a further 55 minutes for the van to arrive. This was at 2am now! We were then driven with four other holiday makers to their yard( all four drivers had to drive back to Bristol Airport to pick up the luggage and other family members - so out of order!). The journey to their yard was 25 minutes and on arriving it was pitch black and deep in mud. There was no apology or contact for compensation. This so called meet & greet - Compare Parking Deals should not be allowed to trade if they cannot offer the service advertised. I went to put a review on trust pilot but CPD’s had closed their web site a year ago as the reviews we so bad. To add insult to injury CPM sent me an email asking me for feedback on my experience with them. Guess what? The page came up with 404 error - page could not be found. My troubles only escalated from there. Despite following their instructions to call upon retrieving my luggage, I was met with an hour of agony and disappointment. Five phone calls later, I was still waiting for my car to arrive. The person on the other end of the line, who claimed to represent the company, displayed a shocking lack of empathy and rudeness. Their empty promises and dismissive attitude left me feeling utterly powerless and frustrated.
As I endured the interminable wait, I witnessed another unfortunate individual experiencing a similar ordeal. It became clear that this was not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern of failure within the Meet & Greet service. The distress on their face mirrored my own, further solidifying my belief that this service is one to be avoided at all costs.
After more than an hour of waiting, with a tired and crying child in tow, my car finally arrived. However, any semblance of goodwill or trust had long been shattered. The experience was a stark departure from what a Meet & Greet service should provide—efficiency, convenience, and peace of mind. Instead, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth and the regret of having chosen this company.
Fellow travelers, please heed my warning: Do not be lured in by the promise of a Meet & Greet service from this company. Instead, opt for alternative parking arrangements that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism. Consider utilizing long-stay parking facilities coupled with a reliable transfer service. Not only will this likely save you money, but it will also spare you the anguish and disappointment I experienced.
I implore you to learn from my unfortunate encounter and avoid the frustration and distress associated with this particular parking service. Your travel experiences should be memorable for the right reasons, not marred by the incompetence and apathy of a subpar Meet & Greet service.
