“We ordered 2 x rapid PCR tests and paid online. We made our way to the appointment in a hotel in Shepherd’s Bush on 15th Dec, we completed the tests around 1.30pm. The results still weren't with us by 7.30pm that evening (we were told it would take typically a few hours). I had to then call and although the person I was dealing with over the phone was very helpful, I only got my certificate at 9.00pm that evening. My fiancé didn’t receive his at all. I then had to phone the next day and ask where his was. We received his test results at 12pm the following day. Would not recommend this service.”
