“Hi. I get the parcel from ParceForce today because i was away. Eve i informed them about the fact that i am away and i want my parcet to be delivered to the local post ofiice they carried out their delivery schedule and the parcel is not in a very good condition. I rwad on the site that you are accepting returns only if the parcel is not open so please have a look on the pictures attached and let me know what i should do?
