I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent carpet installation service provided at While the carpets have been installed, I noticed that the baseboards/edge finishes were not installed, leaving the job incomplete.
As the installation should include a finished look with all necessary components in place, I kindly request that you address this issue promptly by scheduling a time to complete the installation.

Further to our call eariler, we aplogise for the fitters missing out putting the door bar down in the doorway. As promised we have arranged for the fitter to come back tomorrow and get the bars put down as soon as possible.
