“Products do exactly as they say and when you dilute the products they last longer they clean my car very easily so I don’t have to work as hard.”

“Dual Care has gone above and beyond expectation. I previously purchased, about a year ago, the Duel Snow Foam Lance from a 3rd party supplier, fitted with an adaptor for the Karcher washer I was using at that time. I recently changed to a Stihl pressure washer and needed the adaptor for this. I purchased the Still adaptor direct from Duel, but when it arrived it wouldn't fit the Lance. On contacting Lee at Duel it became clear that the 3rd party supplier of the Lance had modified the fitting on the Lance, making it impossible to fit the Stihl adaptor. All Duel supplied Lances are fitted with a quick release fitting to facilitate connecting to various Pressure Washer adaptors. Lee was able to find the correct quick fit adaptor to fit into their Lance. As this problem was caused by a third party supplier of the Duel Lance, Lee had no obligation to help, but went above and beyond to help me out. This was first class service and I will only be using Duel Autocare in future for all my car detailing needs. I unreservedly recommend them!”

“Order was fulfilled and dispatched quickly but I had a wait for weather to pick up a bit before I used the products. Ordered Nitty Gritty, Engage Snow Foam and Bahama Blue shampoo. This stuff is excellent. The pre wash pulled the surface muck off and the thick foamy snow foam shifted the rest of it. The shampoo did the final clean and the car was left the cleanest ive seen it since i bought it! Also used one of the wash buckets and wash mits. No more cheap stuff for me!”

“The nitty gritty, pre wash and degreaser is fantastic i can't rate it any higher. I've ordered from duel autocare twice now and the second time my goods were damaged by the delivery company so sadly I had to refuse delivery. However I phoned duel autocare to say it was damaged and I had to return it to them they then sent me out a replacement the same day for next day delivery which I received with no problem at all. I'll definitely be ordering again from them once what I've bought runs out.”
