Officially launched during the chaos of 2020, Duel Autocare had a clear mission to develop ‘The very best’ in detailing products. The opportunity to test, develop and fine tune ‘radically new automotive detailing products’ was paramount to our progression.

“Product wise its okay. But the prices buy or boy should go down specially the delivery charge.”

We completely understand your point about delivery costs and how it can seem disproportionate when ordering a low-value item. Unfortunately, as a small independent business, we don’t receive the same shipping discounts that larger retailers do, and the actual cost of postage goes beyond the courier fee itself — it also includes packaging, labelling, and handling. We genuinely don’t profit from delivery charges and, in fact, absorb part of the cost to keep prices as fair as possible. That said, we’re always reviewing our delivery structure to find ways to offer the best value for our customers. “I sort of got introduced to Duel products as I wanted a nice gift for my son in law. He had a delivery and I made a note of the company. So I bought him something, then I ended up downloading Tik Tok and well he got me hooked! So 9 months on I have started buying for me. I live in an upstairs flat so always took my car to those hand carwash places. Just to say I am a 61 Yr old woman and going to the trouble of carting a havy bucket of water down a flight of stairs along a 30m path to the parking area and then washing my car with Duel products myself is well worth it. I will definitely recommend! I have just purchased a bucket pressure washer so that I can try out the snow foam! Thanks Duel, exceptional products and quick delivery too.”

“I had a problem with how I stored my flex sealant. Where it had been in my car during different ranges in temperatures, ie summer/winter it had gone gloomy and unusable. I phoned up and spoke to a lovely friendly helpful lady and explained my problem, as there is no storage advice on it anywhere. Will definitely keep it inside the house and not in the car now. It was so nice as I received as a very nice gesture, a complimentary car shampoo and an aerosol air freshener. You can't put a price on Customer service like that. I've been using your products for a couple of years and got a couple of friends to as well, keep up the great work duelautocare.”

“Chemicals are quality really easy to use the only reason I give 4 stars is I thought the toxin was dilutable as the nitty gritty is as the pictures are very similar but probably an assumption on my part”

“Got the duel element hybrid wax not had a chance to use it but also got the duel flex polymer sealant have use this and wow what a product absolutely amazing highlight recommend will also do a post on my tiktok (cfo7st) of the wax when I use it but would highly recommend both products fas friendly delivery to brilliant company and product”
