Ordered on 30th June (delivery was expected 3rd-8th July) - not been shipped yet so won’t receive it for 8th. No contact from Duel to say why it hasn’t shipped - they state on website they will contact if they envisage a delay. Love the products you produce as they are genuinely up there with the best but this particular experience hasn’t been great.

Hi Lee, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery time on your TikTok order, which does state a delivery time of 5-8 working days, but you ordered during the Summer Sale and TikTok increased this time frame by an extra 2 days. You rightly state you have heard nothing from Duel regarding a delay, but that note you have read is regarding the website that we have full control of. Unfortunately, this is impossible to do on the Tiktok platform and it is Tiktok that provide the shipping. Duel has sent you 2 seperate emails asking for you to provide a contact number so that we can discuss the matter but to date we have had no reply. We value all our customers and rest assured we take all reviews seriously and we hope you can find the time to call us and discuss the matter further. Thank Duel Autocare

Please be aware the products labelled as bosch aquatek do not fit the aquatek 135 Paying for 48 delivery also doesn’t exist, it’s 48 hours once Royal Mail receives it from duel autocare, ordered Wednesday wasn’t dispatched till the next Monday. Wouldn’t waste you’re time, sub par detailing products paying high end prices, no different to denom or carplan Was offered a 3 pound refund on a two orders of misled product advertisements totalling 18

Hi Danny, All TikTok orders have an estimated delivery timeframe of 5-8 working days and you order for out for delivery one day later than advised which we apologise for. All TikTok orders are facilitated by TikTok through their partnership with Amazon, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5-8 working days which TikTok do make very clear through there ordering process. Regrettably sometime delays can occur outside of our direct control once the order was processed by the shipping provider. That said, we have reviewed your order and we would like to clarify the timeline. Your order was placed on April 25th at around 9.30pm. When your review was posted on May 2nd, one week had elapsed since the order date, not two as stated by yourself. Subsequently, when you contacted us via TikTok on May 6th, this was two weeks following your order, not three. We did contact you through TikTok to help provide some information about this matter. We are sorry to hear you had a bad delivery experience. Having looked at your account I can see that the house number only appears on the billing address section of your information. These details are not shared when preparing and shipping orders. I have now updated your account so that the house number is now correctly in the shipping address section of your account. Hi Gareth, After looking into your order, it is very clear that you in fact cancelled your order and requested a refund. Thus resulting in you not receiving item. As I company we pride ourselves on being honest and providing a great service which is why we took the time to call and discuss the matter, but it is clear you did not wish to do so as you hung up the call. Reviews are vital for businesses to reflect the service/products provided, but in this case we fail to understand why we should receive a 1 star review for a product you didn't pay for. Team Duel

Maybe great product. Didn’t arrive before Christmas even though ordered in advance of cut off date. Only been processed and shipped by Dual Autocare today so def not postal service

Hi Egen, I am very sorry to hear your delivery is taking a little longer then you and Duel would like. Unfortunately as you are based in Germany, this does take a little longer and you are at the mercy of Customs. We really do appreciate all feedback as it helps us grow as a business, but on this occasion receiving a 1 star for something that is completely out of our control is maybe a little harsh. Team Duel

This snowfoam does not compare to bilt hamber. I purchased it and very disappointed. Asked for a rufund and not granted. Don’t fall for the hype.

Hi Ryan, We are extremely sad to see this review but not surprised considering you did threaten us with bad reviews and social media comments because we refused to refund an item and pay for postage before you had returned the item. The attached conversation clearly shows you asking for both a refund and postage costs before you had even returned the item, followed by your flagrant threats. As I business we are extremely proud of our products and the service we provide but we can and will not refund any item before it has been returned regardless, you will find the same with any business. We did phone you to explain this and say we are more than happy to get the item collected and once we had received the item for testing, we could then refund the item, but you refused this offer. Reviews are a mechanism to provide genuine feedback about a company to help business owners develop their company whilst providing customers a crucial way to decide whether someone buys their product or uses your service. Order a 30 pound box and only got three bottles and when u add it up it come two 25 and that with postage stay away from this company as they are a con they promise 30 pound plus 33% extra more like they take the 33% off u

Usually I have a very good experience but this time the nitty gritty pre wash was lacking very badly. I’ve let it set for 2/3 minutes through a snowfoam lance, spray bottle and a pump sprayer. I believe I got a faulty batch. It caused me to struggle to do customers cars today and I hope someone can be in contact. Thanks

I ordered 2 bottles from them, when I received my order 1 bottle was completely empty as the top was not secure, when I informed them I couldn't even get a response back.

Hi Philip, I have looked into this issue and I can confirm you ordered a Quick Release SnowFoam Lance (NO FITTING) and a seperate Karcher K fitting. Unfortunately, you expected to receive an additional Karcher K fitting which was never ordered. My fellow Director has already emailed yourself explaining, if you require another fitting separately we would be happy to do this for you, at the same cost as it would have been if you had purchased with the lance originally. As a company we pride ourselves on customer service but in this instance we surely cannot be expected to supply an additional fitting for free and free postage.
