I experienced an issue with Duel Autocare regarding an offer that was not fulfilled. After submitting a complaint and hearing nothing for over a week, I unexpectedly received a phone call from one of the joint owners, Lee. He explained the situation, and together we identified that the problem was due to a mistake in reading the dates of my order. Lee accepted responsibility for this error and assured me that I would be compensated for the inconvenience. Although I made it clear that compensation was not necessary, he insisted and promised to send me the details by text the following day. Unfortunately, no text ever arrived. A week later, feeling awkward about chasing something I had already said was unnecessary, I sent a polite reminder on November 14th. Since then, I have received no response and no compensation. The products themselves are very good, and I appreciated that the owner took the time to call me personally to resolve the issue. However, the lack of follow-up and failure to keep his word completely undermined that positive gesture. I am left disappointed—ironically more so than if no promises had been made in the first place.

Not really happy seen post on tik tok saying sam giving away free 500ml assault with every order over £30 so ordered 5 litres assault and 5 litres nitty gritty but received no free 500ml assault spent over £55 come on duel honour your customers and statements 🤷‍♂️🤔👎

Hi Michael, As we explained to you the giveaways do not apply to website orders which is the only order we could find under your name. You could not supply us with the order number for TikTok so that we could trace your order. We take our customer service seriously and always aim to give a good experience but without any information from you, this was not possible on this occasion. Team Duel

Shipping to europe is pricy. And when the package is in Europe you have to pay a fee for import. All in all my product from 8,95 costed me another 20,51 of extra’s. So I wouldn’t recommend ordering from outside of UK.

I ordered a Gift Card for my Son-in-Law’s birthday foolishly thinking it would arrive at least within a couple of days. (Usually something as small as a Gift Card can arrive as quickly as 24hrs later) But no, it seems to have been a massive palava. A simple process made complicated. Firstly it was sent by ParcelForce. God knows why when it could’ve easily gone in a regular envelope via First Class Signed for or Registered Post. The next problem was that the online American Style Address form somehow lost my house name on the address (I’m 100% certain I entered it) and it turns out ParcelForce were unable to deliver it. They obviously didn’t think to knock on a door and ask someone! I contacted ParcelForce who told me to contact the sender to get the address changed. The Duel Autocare Customer Service guys I spoke to were very helpful and rectified the address issue. The Gift Card finally arrived today. Duel need to change the design of the address form and use a UK based format that gets rid of having the street first and the property number/name second in the form of “Apt/Suite Number”. Nobody in the UK has an address like that. So overall a bit disappointed that it’s been a much bigger hassle to get the Gift Card than expected, however, my Son-in-Law really likes the Duel Autocare products so it’ll be an appreciated gift albeit a rather belated one.

Got products on time. Some of the product were good but was very disappointed in the nitty gritty pre was expected more from it diluted it as was instructed but had very little clean power. Same withe the axis wheel cleaner. The glass cleaner good product and the interior cleaner good product flex worked well when applied but went to wash my car the next week and it only seemed to be working on the top half of the car the bottom half of the car the product lost its effect. Cloths and drying towel good products. Can buy other product that work better.

Products seem good but their claim of next day delivery is misleading. I paid £5.99 for ‘next day’ delivery, and received the parcel 3 days later. No notice on the website that they meant ‘next working day’ and the company have shown no desire to do anything about the situation, despite me raising it with them.

Ordered The New Car smell spray by the time i checked out with the delivery etc it ended up be a bit over £12 i feel that is a bit of a rip off. I will not order again for how small it was. Nice smell but a definite No no.

Haven’t used it yet . That’s because I haven’t received it . Ordered last Friday yes Monday was a bank holiday so should have been sent out on Tuesday (as per Website . Today ( Thursday ) I received a email form Royal Mail saying we have received your Parcel . Hope it’s worth the wait and not Hype .

My second order from duelautocare. This time i ordered before the 14.30hrs deadline 10.13hrs Thursday to be precise, got a received order email virtually striaght away so far so good, so i was expecting my order to arrive the next day Friday. Unfortunately that's where it all stopped, no further communicating was received from either duelautocare or parcel force even though i contacted duelautocare via messenger on the Friday. Whilst i understand that it was outside of working hours my son messaged out of hours about use a product and got a reply nearly instantly. After no communication until till Saturday from parcel force to say its on its way. The next day deliver was one of the important things that made my mind up to place the order.. i have no contact to apologise for the delay or any explanation as to why. very disappointed to say the least, considering that on the website it states that we will keep you informed if next day is not possible for any reason. Not sure that i will be ordering anymore products.
