“Product wise its okay. But the prices buy or boy should go down specially the delivery charge.”

We completely understand your point about delivery costs and how it can seem disproportionate when ordering a low-value item. Unfortunately, as a small independent business, we don’t receive the same shipping discounts that larger retailers do, and the actual cost of postage goes beyond the courier fee itself — it also includes packaging, labelling, and handling. We genuinely don’t profit from delivery charges and, in fact, absorb part of the cost to keep prices as fair as possible. That said, we’re always reviewing our delivery structure to find ways to offer the best value for our customers. “I haven't tried the Element hybrid wax yet as I am not sure if there is enough of the product to do the whole car as my vehicle is a large saloon...kinda disappointed with the amount of wax you receive for the price of it to be honest.. packaging looks good and it arrived in one piece with some tyre shine although it did take a while to turn up due to not being in stock..I just hope it was worth the wait and the product is as good as advertised ..”

Hi Mart, Thank you for your review. We can assure you that there is enough wax supplied to do 10+ cars when used correctly with the applicator. It is hand made at our premises and sometimes stock does run low due to the exceptionally high demand! “Just received products after a long delay for mystery box , products are class but only one thing is why put two of the same products in a mystery box , two logic is a bit extreme”

“Dissappointed that my order took a week to arrive, I expected to see it within a couple of days, but maybe I missed the information you give about shipping times. Also, extremely disappointed that I've had to chuck my Duel snow foam lance in the bin because it clogged up and they're not servicable (raised with support). The cleaning products are really good, but because of these reasons, I probably won't be buying from Duel again.”

We are sorry to hear you have had problems. If we knew there were issues with delivery, we would have done our best to assist you. The Snow Foam Lance requires regular cleaning and a full guide on how to take it apart and clean correctly is available on the website. Had this been followed and there were still problems we could have helped with this also. We pride ourselves on our customer service but we cannot help unless we are made aware of any problems. “The show foam was excellent, would highly recommend and the dilution rate is perfect However after I used the same method for flex I didn't see results I was looking for, I will try again hopefully some advice can be given in light of a better revjew”

Hi Gary, We are sorry you feel we need to look into our service levels as this is something we pride ourselves on. We have tried to call you any discuss but your havent been available. Having looked into your order, I can see from the parcel tracking your items were attempted to be delivered the next day, but you were not in to take delivery and because this was a Friday the next available day for a re-delivery was Monday. Parcelforce did successfully deliver you parcel on Monday which is what we would expect. Unfortunately this type of situation is something that we cannot control and on this occassion the reason for you not receiving your delivery within the time frame (Next working day) was due to nobody being available to take delivery. “Bought wheel cleaner and looking forward to using as I know their other products, jet wash formula and silicone sealant, work well and I’m very pleased. Less pleased that they tried to sell me a wheel cleaning brush for £24.99 which I nearly bought. When I looked on Amazon a perfectly acceptable alternative is £6. Beware of upselling from this company.”

“Haven’t tried products yet but sent 2 messages as I was suppose to get next day delivery on my order and for some reason got two day delivery. Didn’t get any response from emails from company. Maybe they need to work on the customer service side a bit more”

“Products are second to none, however ordered £59 order and web suggests free delivery for orders over £50 with next day delivery if ordered before 14:30, my order was at 13:50 and didn’t come next day! Ordered from another car detailing company at the same time and that order turned up at 08:50 this morning, had planned to clean my car this evening but unfortunately can’t as my duel order hasn’t arrived which is disappointing.”
