“In these days of closing and dwindling disco shops, it’s the very best ones which survive and thrive. DYPro Audio is one of the survivors and one of the best ! I’ve made many purchases from them, ranging from simple accessories like leads and adaptors, right through to MIDI items, Denon DJ Prime gear and DMX lighting - they’ve always excelled in their product knowledge and pre and post sale support. Price wise, it’s not always easy or possible for specialty shops to offer big percentage discounts on purchases as sometimes, the profit margin simply isn’t there - however when they haven’t been able to offer double-digit discounts off of the retail price for my purchases, they’ve usually been able to sweeten the deal by including free or discounted connecting cables, reduced price flightcases etc, which usually have a profit margin which enables such offers. Overall, a great store who I intend to purchase from again repeatedly.”

“An excellent disco shop. It’s obviously Important for any shop to offer competitive (not necessarily the cheapest) prices on gear… , as some people only care about the pennies, however, product knowledge and service is where DYPro are really at the front of the remaining DJ shops in the UK. With so few of todays modern DJ lights and sound gear being “plug in - let it bounce around to the music”, it’s important that they’re able to help with DMX, MIDI, usb issues, Engine DJ questions, and many other “Skills” which modern, professional DJs often need help with. A great shop, which I’ve ordered plenty from before, and will, no doubt, continue to do so for years to come.”

“Unfortunately part of my order wasn't in stock, and I hadn't had an update about delivery. Rang up to query and managed to get what was in stock on a next day delivery so I could use what Was available for a gig, and wait for the rest. Resolved quickly and professionally, and with great customer satisfaction. Not long after the first delivery, the rest of my order turned up in a timely fashion. Will be using again.”
