“I recieved the incorrect coils. I telephoned and got through quicky and explained the situation. I recieved the correct coils the next day and returned the incorrect coils in the original packaging. every time that I have to contact them their level of service is excellent.”
“My large paid order had been received by e-cigarette but not processed.
It took a week for my order to arrive after contacting customer support.
They were extremely helpful & apologetic, admitting the fault was at their end, after being sent attachments of my order & payment (kept by myself).
Until that time I was just told that there was no record of any order.
Though helpful there was no offer of any discount code or the likes off the next order for their error.
This is such a shame as I’ve really liked e-cigarette Durect. This is why they have received 3 stars.”
