“Bought OSRS gold for the first time through a seller with 100% rating on here (I ended up being their only negative review but you'll see why), got banned within 3 days, contacted them and they offered me gold in multiple quantities (20m, then 20m & 2 bonds, then 100m & 2 bonds) to change my review from negative to positive.
Keep in mind, this all happened within the last 4 days.
Now today, I go & check the seller's account who had sold me gold & to my surprise, my negative review is no longer showing on their profile. It's completely hidden, as well as dozens of other recent reviews they had received.
Upon seeing this, I decided to contact customer support using their "24/7 live chat" and spoke with "Katerina" who at first simply said "I'm sorry your negative review was removed." which was then changed to "I opened the order and I do not see any review left by you." After providing a screenshot of the order page itself where it shows my review, it leads to a back and forth of asking me when I left the review, that they're sorry about my experience, that they just don't see it for the order, ultimately avoiding any kind of answer for what happened with the review.
This lead me pointing out every single part of this interaction that felt off, including their customer support agent denying any fault, to which they simply responded with "If you decide to take legal actions, please send the legal documents to (insert support email here)".
Because this company is based out of Lithuania and I'm a single time buyer that isn't constantly buying & selling, I think they're expecting to get away with this, and I don't imagine this is the first time either. Doing even the slightest amount of research will show you that these sellers and customer support working together to scam buyers isn't anything new. Combine this with a mass amount of people reporting that after they submit their ID's for verification to be a seller they're instantly banned (possible identity theft?) and I'm SHOCKED this company is still allowed to operate.”
“I wanted to be a seller here and tried to verification. I add my ID card and selfie photo for verification. Even though everything is true, they suddenly said my account is suspended. I tried to talk with the support about this situation ( Support's name is "Bob" ) He write literally nothing even he seen all the messages. I said that I gonna report this website for taken all my informations and photos then make me suspended. Support just said: " Of course. " Then i wrote him like this: " Bob, are u gonna help me or not? ". He just write after 5 seconds: "No." and close the chat.
