Very good service on orders and delivery, but when you have a problem with the item they do not answer your email and phone call, very poor customer relations so far.

Item was not delivered within 48 hours as stated. I received no confirmation of dispatch or delivery until I complained, both via email and on Facebook. Judging by the reviews of other people, it's a common theme. Although they eventually sent my item, I doubt it would've happened had I not complained. I'd avoid this website, and just pay that little bit extra to go somewhere more reputable.

Cheaper for a reason I received the item (Nest thermostat) in good order and quickly. However...they do not answer the phone...if there was any problem with the order I do not think it would be hassle free to solve.

All went well. Delivered within 48 hrs. I didnt receive any information about delivery and tried ringing about 5 times bit got no answer. But overall i was happy with the product.

Terrible, ordered 3 weeks ago for 48 hour delivery. The don’t answer the phone, respond to emails or enquiry’s from their website. Can’t get my product and can’t get a refund

Seem to happily let down customers. I placed an order on Sunday. Was placed to recieve an email on Monday 09:00 stating the order had shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Great, as I had an electrian booked for the Thursday. On Wednesday when the post had been delivered I start to call The Electrical Showroom. No answer, call eventually disconnects, try again and again with the same result. Eventually they answered. Asked for the tracking reference and they then tell me the package has not left and will be delayed by 2 or 3 days. So why was the order marked as despatched? No answer...The only positive was the relief when the refund hit my account quickly. However if this is how they treat customers at the start of relationship - how would they handle a problem with goods 6 or 9 months later. Looking at the reviews it seems very hit and miss...but I will NEVER risk it...

Beware seller takes money but does not have item to sell Ordered item and paid for next day delivery. I received order confirmation by email. Today I waited in all day for the delivery, getting concerned I called The Electrical Showroom to be told the order had been cancelled as they had no stock. It was coming from a third party! Best buy from somewhere more reliable. Beware and be sure to check other reviews.

What more can i say about this company........ Fantastic!!........excellent service, time scales and expertise. The highest level of customer service i have ever received. I have used the electrical showroom on 3 different occasions and every time they have delivered what they said. A* great work guys
