“Recently ordered some outside lights and bulbs. The lights arrived without the accompany bulbs. After several days of nothing arriving, I chased up the delivery via e-mail. I received a quick reply stating that the missing items were being looked into. The following I received a call stating that there was an issue and was offered a replacement or a refund. The replacement was agreed and the bulbs were received the following day. Although,it was disappointing that the bulbs did not arrive on time, the issue was dealt with quickly and without fuss - appreciated.👍”
