“Best service in Ireland. I tried Harvey Norman, the service was bad: called to say item not in stock only the day of the delivery. I tried Currys, the service was horrible: same problem of item not in stock + horrible customer service: no answer, misunderstanding, I finally got the wrong item refunded ! Then I tried Electrocity and got my wachine machine instantly and good advice. Thank you!”

“I have shopped online at electrocity a few times now and they have great deals and selection but its there customer service that is the best, I had one or two issues and they couldn't have been better, one of the issues was with a discount code not working and they quickly sorted it out for me, the other issue was with a laptop that didn't have a feature that was advertised, this was more a fault to do with the laptop manufacturer but the man I dealt with in customer service couldn't have been nicer, really quick replies and very kind and helpful. I will always check electrocity first when I need to buy something, 90% of companies have horrendous customer service so it was nice to deal with electrocity.”
