A good range of cabinets to choose from, and they delivered on time. The NX85 GRP Enclosure is just right to take a 3-phase supply and distribution board for EV charging. You do have to be very careful when fixing it down though, as even a slight distortion makes the doors hard to open and close.

Generally good but the delivery date and time kept changing,also I was told by you that the cabinet had to be unloaded by me,all wagons have unloading facilities and the driver unloaded it with ease!

Thank you for being patient, we eventually got the right external green box, after discussions and changing the size. I remind people who wish to return items, to take time opening them, to ensure original packaging is available to return item back. However Enclosure shop was fairly complementry. Oh we had to pay a fee.

Dear Neil (Habro Electrical), We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. However, it is very unfair to give us 1 star for delivering a product on the exact delivery service that it is advertised to be delivered on: "customer to offload". The DPM14 is clearly advertised as "delivery, for customer to offload" and "delivery requires customer to offload (forklift or similar)" on the product page, and during the online checkout process you have ticked a confirmation box to "confirm I am able to offload from lorry". When we refer to something similar to a forklift we are referring to a telehandler or tractor with forks, not by a few people, as the weight of this item is approx. 300kg (also clearly displayed on the website). Just before the delivery was despatched, when we confirmed the delivery date to you, we also emailed to clarify the requirement of a forklift for the delivery. It is important to note, for any existing or future customers reading this, that smaller items can be delivered via a tail lift lorry, which will be offloaded for the customer, however the DPM14 is too large for a tail lift delivery. Also a HIAB delivery can be quoted for the larger items, but this has to be costed for each order as it depends very much on postcode. We are always looking to improve the way we display the key information to our customers and have made a number of tweaks along the way, but we feel that everything is/was communicated correctly on this product/order and no further enhancement are required. unfortunatley the promised delivery day was not met (only informed on the morning of), the product arrived the following week and was damaged in areas.
