“I lost the keys to the enclosure that I bought 2 years ago. I left a message on the website on a sunday, not expecting anything to come of it. I got a response the following morning says they absolutely could send me a new set of keys, which the did immediately and the worked. Couldn't have asked for more. Excellent service!”

“Really disappointing service. advertised 5-7 day delivery on an enclosure,got to the seventh day having not had any correspondance from the enclosure shop, to be told the item would be another seven days. this left us in a very awkward position for a job completion. one of the enclosure shop team did then try to find another enclosure that would be suitable and could be delivered in a timeframe that could keep the job on track, it was however an additional £800. There was an offer to see if they could help with the price which came to nothing. we paid the additional cost as by this stage we had little choice. this item was promised for delivery by Friday of that week. we had a forklift on hire as we were told there were no lifting eyes and the delivery wagon had no means to remove the enclosure. We waited, it didnt turn up, someone did then contact us to say it wouldnt be delivered until the following week, ironically when the original order was scheduled for delivery. I cannot say whether the item is any good as for the first time in 26 years we failed to complete the installation on time. An offer to "see what we can do" even regarding the delivery charges has also yielded no responce.”
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry for the delays and lack of communication you describe, and for the impact this had on your project.
All lead times quoted on the website are approximate and this would have been displayed as "approx. 5-7 working days" when you placed the order online, and not a guarantee, as many items are made to order. These lead times are a guide and are as accurate as possible at point of order. In the majority of cases the lead times are kept within, but occasionally, depending on order volumes and other factors such as staff sickness, raw material availability etc. can run over.
I can assure you that this isn’t the service level we aim to provide. We encourage customers to order in plenty of time and also advise of any deadlines that they are working towards, so we can ensure the order is fulfilled on time. Unfortunately, on your amended order, we were due to deliver on time for you however were frustratingly let down by the haulier.

“Delivery promised in 5-7 days. Needed for an important project. Never arrived and took 3 weeks which cost our company money sending engineers to our customers site to install equipment. No notification of the delay until I rang them.”

“While the enclosure was good, it did not have the roof type we asked for; it came later than quoted. We had no lift information provided, even after multiple chases to the office, not even the unit's weight.
The drive had to wait well, we updated our RAMS for the unload, with the information he had on the delivery wagon.
While the product is good, the rest of the support was poor.”
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the enclosure itself met expectations, but we’re sorry for the issues you mention. This isn’t the experience we aim to give our customers.
As with all reviews received that are not 5 stars (which there aren't many) they are reviewed in detail.
We can see that the very 1st email enquiry received did mention an unusual roof type as an ideal but one that we don't offer. We suggested a selection of standard products as alternatives with pitched roofs, and then a bespoke size product was quoted and subsequently ordered. The bespoke roof wasn't ever quoted nor discussed from that point. We are sorry if this was not communicated fully to you.
With regards to the lead time, at quote stage this was estimated at around 20 working days (4 weeks) for your bespoke build. Once the order was placed, over a week later, the lead time had changed slightly to up to 25 working days (5 weeks) due to volume of orders in the factory. Delivery was achieved within this time frame.
We also provided the units approximate weight via email very early in the order process, but we do fully acknowledge that you had to contact the office a number of times to obtain information that you needed. This is not the norm for us and we do apologise. Part of the reason is that the product was bespoke and your requirement was extra urgent due to the nature of your product and the time constraints that you were working within.
