While the process is straightforward and relatively quick, there is no way of saving all the information in the questionnaire. One has to go through it every single time. Also, there is no way of accessing one’s account to find out how much left on their “subscription” there is. I’ve emailed the company about this several times and never received a response.

"I am satisfied with the service, but I believe my prescription should have been 5mg instead of 2.5mg. I was given a 3-month prescription, which, in my opinion, is too long for a first attempt. The effects are not sufficient."

While I certainly was impressed with how well the medication worked, I wish I had been forewarned about the risk for those who have had myoclonic seizures in the past. I had one after taking my second dose of the medication.
