“Unfortunately I ordered wrong size ( entirely my mistake). I instantly contacted to inform of this, after chasing up my email I was assured this would be rectified before dispatched. Unfortunately it wasn't, so now have 2 collars which are too big. Have sent emails to ask if I can change, but none have been answered.
I accept my error initially, but disappointing that I've not had any response in several weeks.”
