“Good product to enable you to work safely, effectively and efficiently on slate roofs when installing solar panels. Very clear instructions too. Would give 5 stars but giving 4 as I'd asked for overnight PRE 9am, and it actually arrived post 9AM . I think this was just a communication issue. So be sure to state which you require, pre-9AM is more expensive obviously but great that they offer this service assuming it works for others. In the end, the delivery arrived just in time for us to continue working so wasn't an issue in our case.”

“We ordered some hall hooks and because of the postal strike they didn't arrive. Despite the fact it wasn't their fault they were super helpful and sent out another set which arrived along with the first set about 4 weeks after the original order. Royal Mail have a lot to answer for!”
