“The bed is great, however we were confused that we got so many parts and pieces and two different direction packets. It is a nice quality and once we worked out what parts did not fit our size bed we were able to put it together without a hitch. The strange thing is we were left with almost a whole other bed in parts? Do we ship these back? We also have about 5 times the amount of screws we need. We ordered the "Deco Bed" and also got parts and instructions for the "Oxford Bed" as well, but not all of them. Please advise. We can send photos if you would like us to.”

“We absolutely love our low loft bed. It's perfect for our tiny cabin in the woods. Only critique would be, if shipping overseas, please use padding between each piece of wood. Ours was delivered in two long boxes, with no padding. One of the sides got slightly scraped in transit. Overwise, it was extremely easy to put together and really a gorgeous bed frame. Thank you!”

“We bought a queen-sized cambridge in Walnut. We were looking for a bed that was sturdy, had high quality materials (solid wood), and would last for a long time. After a lot of comparison shopping, we settled on this bed above ones from other manufacturers. Because we selected the walnut it was about $1000 USD more expensive than some of the comparable highly advertised beds which were not made of walnut. All in all, we feel like it is a good value for the money. Ordering and shipping were straightforward and the bed was delivered a few days earlier than estimated. All in all, we are quite satisfied with the bed. Though assembly was a slight hassle, the quality, solid build, and overall experience were very positive.”

“Highly disappointed in the quality of your beds. #1 the canopy bed parts did not all fit into each other properly required one of the inserts to be shaved down because it was too large. I also have terrible slats that causes the bed to sag and it never came with any center support. This product is terrible and I hope other customers read the Google reviews instead of the reviews on your web site.”

“After about 5 months with my new bed frame I can say I'm pretty unhappy with it. It's rickety and rocks a bit, one of the corners is warped and comes up weirdly, and my standard full size mattress doesn't fit properly in it there is a bizarre amount of excess space. I wish I had not purchased my item.”

“Great service, great item, only thing I’d say you could do to improve, is to separate screws because they are so close to same size. Also there was no measurement for head board planks from top of bed post so I went off the picture but if you would score the post for the first plank then everyone would know they are even and where to start the plank”

“I ordered the bed frame in the Queen size. It looks amazing, well constructed and sturdy. I absolutely love the style. BUT I can't give 5 stars because it seems like the Queen size is a little bit off. My mattress is a standard Queen that fits the measurement provided by Get Laid Beds, but once all assembled, the mattress is a little bit too big for the space in between the larger sides. So the mattress is placed about a half inch over the larger wood sides on each side. I hope it doesn't destroy the mattress over a long period.”
