“This is an extremely corrupt company. They deducted money from my deposit because the petrol tank was not full. This was bogus. I filled the tank up at the petrol station they recommended. They do this to all the English travellers. Bordering on Racism. Bogus bills for non existent car damage. Bogus bills for deep cleaning dirty cars. Avoid at all costs. You will lose money and they laugh at you when you complain.”
“Aggressive and rude manager at Wroclaw Airport. My wife questioned him about waiting a long time at the kiosk because there were no staff present. He threatened to cancel our car hire if she did not shut up. 5 days after returning to the UK we received a mail to say that they were deducting money from our deposit because there was no petrol in the car. We filled up 3 km from the airport and left the receipt in the car as proof. This is a scam. They do this to all foreign tourists. After returning to their home countries they receive fraudulent bills about petrol, valeting g, scratches etc. Read Trustpilot before you book.”
“I book a car online when I came to pick they say insurance is not valid u need to do again other insurance so why when I book the insurance online was there.everything was ok.
