“Erst habe ich ewig auf die Lieferung gewartet (fast drei Wochen). Leider war ich dann mit der Qualität der Waren überhaupt nicht zufrieden, daher der Wunsch nach einer Rückabwicklung. Aber leider lässt auch der Service mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Alleine der Wunsch nach einem Retoureschein und dem Rückversandlable erforderte drei Emails. Laut DHL ist die Rücksendung nun schon seit einiger Zeit wieder bei Gobi Cashmere angekommen. Mein Geld, über 200€, habe ich bisher allerdings noch immer nicht wieder zurück. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten bei Gobi Cashmere zu bestellen. Leider ist es nicht möglich null Sterne zu vergeben.”

“Hab eine Strickjacke bestellt, zur Vorsicht zwei Größen. Größe 38 hat gepasst, ist auch sonst meine Größe. Wollte die andere zurück senden, die hat aber über die Onlineretoure nicht funktioniert, vorauf hin ich eine E-Mail geschrieben habe und mir sofort geholfen würde. Material der Jacke ist wunderbar. Würde jederzeit wieder bestellen”
