“Very impressed. I ordered a Bleeding Heart shrub to be delivered to my Mum for her birthday. I was worried about what condition it would arrive in and if it would get there before her birthday.
It arrived in perfect condition and the day before her birthday!
I think I ordered on a bank holiday Monday and the plant arrived on the Friday.
I did contact customer service to get an update in case I had to tell my mum her present would be a little late. The response was very quick and I felt they were very approachable and friendly if I had had any other queries.
A brilliant coincidence was that the morning this was delivered, my mum had just removed a dead lavender plant and was wondering what she would replace it with- so the timing was perfect! I had told her something was being delivered that day but she had no idea what was turning up!
I would definitely order from Golden Valley again for myself or to send to someone else.”
