Thank you for for feedback. We have worked hard last year to develop our own bespoke packaging that will transport your precious plant cargo safely. The courier we now use is also well-versed in live plant deliveries and the added bonus is that we don't use any plastic in our packaging (apart from the pot which can be reused). Our cyclamen are grown at a low temperature in a cool greenhouse, on site in Herefordshire, so they are suitable for outside and although they will be hardier than many of the cyclamen that you will find on the market, we do class them as bedding plants. For a fully-hardy Cyclamen you would want to look at Hederifolium or Coum species. Thank you.
