“I bought a ticket from Kathmandu to Kiev via GoToGate. My order number is LGQ67V. The immigration service in Nepal forbade me to leave the country due to the war in Ukraine, despite the fact that I had a visa and all other necessary documents. My ticket has been canceled. Emirates has confirmed that it has returned funds to GoToGate. Meanwhile, GoToGate has stolen my money and is refusing to return it. I strongly advise against working with thieves.”

Disgusting service - they received my cancellation and acknowledged it and then said I needed to again to send a cancellation. I did and followed up 5 times and they ignored my requests. Air China has put an official notice on site saying all 999 tickets due to Corona virus will be refunded. I did this on 1 Feb already 8 days before my flight. The staff are arrogant and just keep saying they cannot refund. Completely illegal and will never use this company again. Thoroughly regret buying through them and will lodge official complaints with CEO and SKYSCANNER and all channels possible.This is ILLEGAL.”
