“I have used Harrogate Organics magnesium spray for a few years as it’s a part of my nightly routine to spray before sleeping. It has been so effective for joint issues and enhancing a good sleep. Also my husband uses it each night on his arthritic neck. I have recommended it to family and friends which must count for at least ten people. They all purchased and use it regularly. “Like it says a game changer. Couldn’t manage without it for restless legs and piriformis pain. Have used for a couple of hours now but am finding it’s causing very dry itchy skin, will keep going though and moisturise”

“Magnesium spray is brilliant..wouldn’t want to be without it now. I have found the ideal amount for me is 2/3 sprays on inside of my arms, and I get a good nights sleep. I still wake up a couple of times, but instead of the laying there for an hour or so, I just get straight back to sleep again.”

“We have a 3 year old who is globley delayed and none verble. Our son had a few deficiency iron vit D etc. I also read about magnesium deficiency. At the same time I came across an ad about harrogate organics, after reading great reviews I thought why not. Every child is different but this spray helped with restless legs and overall better sleep. Thank you. Great customer service and prompt deliveries”

“Not 100% certain this actually works but I am sleeping a bit better so reordered to give it a fair chance. Nice easy to use/apply product. My only suggestion (which I have already passed on but got no response so not sure if it was noticed) is the excessive packaging. Less would certainly be enough and should reduce cost to customers.”
