“I have suffered with sleep depravation for over 20 years. I've tried lots of products without any success, then I started using Magnesium spray from Harrogate Organics and it was a game changer! You need to use every night before bed - spraying folds in elbows and knees for quick absorbtion. I've recommended it to 4 friends who are getting similar results as myself. I've tried other products too from Harrogate Organics and they are all amazing. The packaging is excellent and when you open the box you are greeted with a fantastic fragrance. And yes, I've bought this too! I'm hooked and not shopping anywhere else.”

“I think the Magnesium spray must have changed it's formula, I have been using it for 9 months but just bought a new triple pack, the packaging was new & the product unfortunately me an allergic reaction. H O have kindly offered to refund me for the 2 unopened sprays.”

“The Magnesium Spray was recommended but unfortunately has not lived up to expectations. It has made no difference at all to my leg discomfort or sleep. Strange that my original feedback was not published on HO's website? Less favourable reviews do not seem to be feature.”
