“I was really looking forward to having these period pants but they were quite disappointing. The waist band was too tight which is uncomfortable for when you’re on your period (I had a size M and I know I’m not a size L). I also felt they didn’t hold as much flow as expected. I bled through them 3 times and I didn’t feel that I had a heavy period.
I would maybe still use them if I need to but definitely looking for other period pants. It’s a shame as I was expecting them to be good”

“Love the ethos behind this company and wanted to support them so I bought my 13-year-old her first period pants. They came in separate cardboard packs which we opened, but could see straight away the pants would be huge on my daughter. She did not even need to try them on as it was clearly obvious. I put the pants back in their pack and emailed customer services to get a refund but was told as the box had been opened this was not possible. How are you meant to see the product without opening the box?!? Really dissatisfied with the customer service which is such a shame :-(”
“Was excited to try these tampons as I want to step away from toxic chemicals. However, I don’t think these are for me. The tampon itself is very thick first of all, I got the super size and its the size of a super plus (maybe even a bit wider actually), so thats already uncomfortable to insert. I find the mechanism really stiff, its not easy to push the small tube smoothy into the bigger tube. I’ve tried with 3 of the tampons now and they’ve all been the same. I had to push quite hard to get it to move and then caught a bit of skin as it unexpectedly shot through (ouch). Also don’t find these to be particularly absorbent enough, which is surprising considering its thickness. Think I will go back to my other brand and maybe give these to a friend to try”

“Really bad customer service. I think a lot of green washing rather than an ethical company that genuinely want to reduce waste.
The bamboo pads had glue which wrecked my underwear and the washable pants were substandard.”
“I used these as I heard that Tampax have nasty chemicals in them. However, I was very disappointed that this product disintegrated upon removal and, to put it simply, I had to find and remove the rest of the cotton fibres myself. It was also an uncomfortable spherical shape. Not happy with this product at all. I did wear it for the recommended 8 hours on a regular flow with the regular size tampon, so there was no reason for it to shed long fibres.”

“Customer service is shocking. Been in touch several times about fault with subscription management and not being able to update or even cancel the subscription, charged for something I didn't need as unable to cancel it. Still waiting for response 12 days later. Refund done via PayPal as not heard from customer service.
Update still no contact or resolution so not going to revise my review.”

However I have been subscribing for years, and over a year ago I’ve changed my address in the account and then followed up with an email. Despite this, my deliveries came not regularly. I’ve reached out to the customer service team to let them know that I am just not getting my deliveries and have to get product of Amazon, only to get a 50% off. Baring in mine that my deliveries have not been coming to a new address for over a year.
Disappointing. So I’ll continue to purchase from Amazon.”
