I *wish* they used Royal Mail for deliveries over Evri, who kinda sorta suck. For a pack of condoms, a large letter posted via Royal Mail wouldn't be any more expensive, arrive sooner and probably have a lower carbon footprint.”

“I love the Light Incontinence Pads and the fact that they’re eco friendly, but as this is the main reason I buy this brand I wasn’t impressed to find the delivery box sealed up with plastic tape. Surely as an ethical company you should be using paper packaging tape. Very happy with the product and the value of the mega box, but would like to see this issue addressed please.”
