“Would give 0 stars if I could. Products ordered in November 2019. It was never sent, then when I complained they said they’d ship another which they never did. Said they won’t give me a refund but on other reviews said they have refunded people? Messages are hardly ever answered, or I get told to email. I’ve never had a response to any of the emails I have sent. Replies from them are super rude, won’t accept that they stole money, try to make out as if it’s my fault they never sent the products?

More out the quality and more out of the quantity for what I paid. the glitter is pretty but I don't know if it is because of the primer that I bought from them or the lack of instructions on how to use (there is none). It came out clumpy and you have to use so much from the container to get close to the photo. The containers are really small and not worth the money. The glitter also falls after a while (I mean that is expected but not at the rate it falls). The primer says no fall out which is a lie.”
“Ordered from the US, Product vame in a Flimsy package not secured at all. One of the shades even fell out of its box, which was partially crumpled. The product itself is nothing like the IG videos no matter how you apply it and they barely give you any product overall. Extremely overpriced social media hype company scamming customers. The pigments are decent but more like $10 quality decent. I paid about 70. 1/5 would never buy again. Only giving it a 1 because it actually arrived unlike other people whose reviews I've read. My order also did not come with any type of order summary, receipt or anything.”

I ordered 6 different colors of 'Unicorn Dust' and the pigment drops at the beginning of October. November is coming to a close and still - nothing. I had to email the company twice for initial information because they just didn't respond. They claimed they sent the order when they eventually responded in mid October and produced a shipping label as 'proof'. I have gotten NO product. There was NO tracking available. And they refuse to refund me until they get this nonexistent package back. I don't leave negative reviews but I have no other recourse besides this (warning others) and filing a fraud/scam claim. “An option for no tracking make no sense as a choice for shipping…… every one should be able to track any package a company is selling no matter what. So that option should be there anyway. Reason to track it and then to charge someone for not tracking is obsurd. It just doesn’t make sense as a business point of view. And yes i understand how shipping works internationally and back. “Bought from here when the girl first started making highlighters years and years ago. One highlighter came totally smashed, unusable and over a month later (it was TINY too) - the other never arrived. The girl who owns this awful business never responded to anything and blocked me on Instagram. Came across her TikTok today and reminded me about how vile her ‘company’ is and it looks like she is STILL scamming people. She needs to be shut down, she’s currently deleting all my TikTok comments warning people off buying.
Do NOT buy from her. Not sure if it’s still the same now, but she literally used to just make the products in her bedroom - (I had her on Snapchat) it was not a proper company.

“This company is a scam! I placed an order nearly 3 months ago and it hasn’t been fulfilled nor delivered. I tried to reach out on Instagram as this company is Instagram based. I got a curt “email customer service” in response. I got no response to my email that I sent nearly a month ago. Any comment I post inquiring about my order has been deleted. Other girls have personally messaged me saying that Hidden Cosmetics is a scam and that they too have paid hundreds of dollars and never received their orders either. There has even been an Instagram set up to try to prevent others from losing their money too. A simple google result will show you that hundreds have suffered the same fate. Yet Hidden Cosmetics still continues to dupe people into buying products they can’t fulfill by doing insta giveaways and drawings. It’s madness. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.”

“This business is fake. It’s clearly an organised criminal gang and the police should be making arrests.
1) no business address on the website
2) no delivery and no refunds
3) no answer to emails
4) they send some make up to beauty influencers on social media platforms to make the business look more legit and trustworthy, in essence using influencers to unknowingly scam people.
5) they have people replying to complaints on Instagram and reassuring them in private messages that they will receive their orders, all the while screen shotting the private conversation and sending it to whoever is in charge of the Instagram account, at which point you will be blocked by the page
6) chances are any positive reviews you’ve seen are either by criminals involved in the scam or by genuine customers they have blackmailed to release their order ie ‘if you change your review to a positive one we will then send your order’
I hope this review helps get them arrested.”
