“SCAMMERS. I wish I’d looked for reviews online before I paid for my order. There are ZERO issues with Royal Mail it’s a massive con saying ‘it’s out of our hands’. There are no products they don’t exist…. Reported to Instagram and PayPal as they don’t respond to DM’s, emails or offer refunds. They are illegally taking money and conning hard working people out of their cash for non existent products. The sob story posts about delivery issues and cyber attacks at Royal Mail are BS they are posting eyeshadows not nuclear warheads…. Pathetic replies saying ‘we don’t appreciate being called scammers’ well guess what you take peoples money and don’t produce the product then that’s exactly what you are…SCAMMERS.”
“I ordered 3 pigments on 12/31/22 based off a tiktok ad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I never received a shipment email and it’s been 2 months. I contacted them on 1/20 and never received a response. They say (AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED) that you must pay for the $16 shipping if you’re international, or you won’t receive tracking and they’re not liable for lost packages. There was only one shipment option available, it was $16, and I paid it. The fact that they did not delineate this before payment is how I’m sure this is a scam operation. I suppose now I will have to take the issue up with my credit card company. I will be reporting and commenting on all ads of theirs I see in the future.”

“This order has been a nightmare from the beginning. I ordered three pigments my credit card was charged immediately it took 2 weeks for emails two messages on Facebook and a message on Instagram to finally get an order number. After that I tracked it it said it was delivered it was not. Now I am on email number three trying to get a proof of delivery or a refund. And again my requests are being ignored. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company.”
“I placed a $100aud order on August 10th, they took the money. August 16th I received an email titled "error with your order" but the contents was only advertising their products and had nothing to do with my order. Thought it might be nothing so I left it a bit. August 30 I still had no shipping confirmation and had heard nothing so I reached out to them via email asking about my order and received no response. I messaged their Instagram and received no response. I commented on one of their posts where I see them replying to people, I get no reply. It's now October 2nd. I now fully believe they're just scammers and I will never receive my order nor get my money back from them as they have non existent customer service.
Note to add that when I commented on their post I had two other people tell me they had experienced the same thing as me so it's not a one off.
Also just went to find a screenshot of the comments but it appears they removed them while still not responding at all.”

“AWFUL customer service. I placed an order, received an email that it was shipped, and still nothing 3 weeks later. I asked them and they said the order was never placed, and refused to replace it, I didn’t even ask for a refund. Then she accused ME of being a scammer (when the internet is now telling me she’s scammed Plenty of people), and literally kept harassing me until I had to block her Instagram. Avoid this brand like the plague for the sake of your money and your peace of mind.”
