“Good selection of sale items. Quick, friendly service. Great prices (when on sale!). Safe & secure packaging. Hobbyco are my first or second choice when the sales are on. really appreciate the free postage offers which some competitors have neglected at their peril.”

“I placed an order on Monday, 18 November, and despite their weekend backlog of over 500 orders, my order was processed by Wednesday, 20 November. On the same day, they informed me that one item was out of stock and quickly offered a refund or substitute. Their response to my email was prompt, and they resolved the issue efficiently. My items were shipped on Thursday, 21 November, and arrived the next day, perfectly packaged with no damage. I’m very impressed with Hobbyco’s excellent customer service, quick responses, and care in handling orders.”

“Old long standing celebrity musician customer ..always enjoy visits ...would say model kits are very pricey now planes etc but I assume duty is high and you have high overheads and need to profit .. “hi very terrible and disappointing experience. I placed an online order and paid with PayPal (pay in 4). Not the first time. However, I am not sure why this happened with order 186708. For an entire week, no action was taken or the order was sent out. I followed up with chat support, and they answered quickly with the entire order sent and an explanation for the delay. Once an order was received from my end, it was not fully delivered, but the email indicated that the entire transaction had been fulfilled. I followed up with support chat again and requested that some units be returned because the entire set was not expected. Finally, I received my reimbursement, but the option to return units was not mentioned at all. For the clearance sale, there isn't much money for the units to return, but I don't want to keep them because they aren't a complete set from the order. The main problem is that the order was not actioned in the first place due to the stock running out and fulfilled with another week delay, and more and more errors accrued.”
