“ordering the cruise was easy paying the deposit was easy show the full amount was good telling me the sum had to be paid by febuary was alright but their was nothing telling me how to pay by full amount or in instalments the latter prefured sorry for the spelling”

“I've found with Cruise holidays, Iglu and other companies i.e P&O are very contactable at the point of booking, but when you have to select the "i have a holiday booked" option, call wait times increase, requested information takes a lot longer to reach you etc. Other than this i generally find the staff very friendly and keen to help.”

“We have booked a few cruises through Iglu, and we have found the agents to always be helpful and knowledgable, as well as fun to chat to. The processes and paperwork are all carried out in a very straightforward manner, with everything sent through on email to provide a clear record of what we have booked. The pricing seems to be incredibly competitive and we would happily recommend them to our friends.”

“Found a cruise we had been looking at on Cruise Company's own website but at a much better cost with Planet/Iglu Cruise. The online booking did not give the same price so called and spoke to James, who was very helpful and helped make the booking at the correct price. Very helpful and reassuring to know our booking had been made and gone through. A very good deal and personal customer service could not be faulted. Thanks!”
