We have done few booking with Iglu and all have been hassle free, easy and enjoyable. Also it is always a better price than original cruise site, so no brainer. I would recommend to everyone.

Booked a cruise on line with Igloo, psid the deposit. Hours later you rang to say the price had gone up dud I still want it. I said yes but was a bit peeved. Then a few weeks ago you rang me to say that because I’d paid a lie deposit I’d have to pay the rest by the next day or my holiday was going to be cancelled. No email nothing. To make it worse I was actually abroad the little e was terrible, I had to ring you back and I was 38th in the queue. First and last time booking with iglu and I’ve not even been on the holiday yet.

Prices on the ship was expensive, charged 18percent on everything they brought you if you did not pay for their drinks package of 60 Dollers per person per day . Package was not worth 60 Dollers a day as we were off the ship most days at 7am until 6pm so would not used the package .

The problem with IgluCruise is that before you make a booking the representatives are very helpful and available. However once a booking is made and a deposit paid, it is very difficult to contact anyone, especially the person who dealt with your booking. Unfortunately I have been passed from person to person trying to get answers to questions. This being the case, I will not use IgluCruise again.

On planning my cruise I phoned several times speaking to different people I thought your customer care was very good. There was so many questions to ask Especially as I booked 6 cabins and it was a special family holiday. My husband and myself have been on many cruises but my family have not been on ant. However after I booked and paid my deposit. That was it . I phoned many many times and could not speak to anybody. I kept getting cut ofF. The live questions was not good. They could not answer me. Finally I gave up. It was like once you booked and paid your holiday , nobody wanted to speak to you.

Contacted Iglu regarding a special deal for a Seabourn cruise. Dealt with Glen who was very helpful, polite and efficient. Even went out of his way to nail down a price differential on the flights.

The organisation of Iglu we cannot fault. They arranged the flights transfers and hotel prior to the cruise. We have also had to cancel a cruise but was able to exchange the deposit to another cruise at a later date.
