Thieves is what they are. I paid for round trip tickets and received the confirmation info for my flight and they charged on my account. A week later, I tried to called Jetcost for a question, no answer. So I contacted airline and they inform me that my tickets canceled.
Which is we never canceled it.
End up, We had to book another tickets.

Whoever does bookings charge you 2 to 3 times the advertised price. It is a scam weather it is search engine or whatever.
Horrible experience.
Then within minutes, they claim the tickets have been issued and cannot be cancelled whereas most booking sites give you upto 24 hours to cancel.

“I booked a non-stop flight for my son on Wednesday, 1/24/24 from Indianapolis to Chicago for the dates of 1/31 to 2/6. My son immediately received an email that his flight was confirmed and the payment was submitted; however, we did not receive the eticket. After a few days we called on the status of the eticket to which we were told he’s on the waitlist for the flight. To remedy this situation they wanted to book him on a flight that was $400 more than the original purchase price. They claimed to have attempted to call us to let us know the original flight was not confirmed, yet there is no record of the call in our phone logs.
I was skeptical of this company when I booked the flight as I had not heard of them and should have listened to my gut. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH JET COST AND JET SCANNER (more like jet scammer)”
“I would give 0 stars. I had flight all confirmed. Even called the airline last night to confirm, and all was well. Got to airport today, and my flight has been cancelled, my money was gone, and there were several thousand Dollars in additional charges on my credit card. Absolute scam. Airport said they had 23 reports just yesterday of it happening to people who booked from this website.

“We entered because we were referred by a relative who had purchased at a great rate and it was some incredible rates. We made the payment and made the reservation. Shortly after, they contacted us to tell us that that route was not available and that if we wanted to review another one, raising the rate a little. 300% of the initial value, the customer service is disgusting, the person who spoke to me treated me like love when I didn't know him, I really don't recommend it. In the end they did the same thing to my relative and we had to cancel the reservations and call the banks.”

They directed the business to revise Al’s and it ended up being a complete scam. They said my tickets were in process then when I tried to confirm they wanted me to pay an extra $200 bc my economy seat was no longer available.”
