“We had two drivers--Sayd and Greg--in our rountrip service from HEathrow to Stratford. In both instances the pickup was punctula, the ride was comfortable and the drivers were courteous.
Making the reservation was easy as well.”
“Fantastic experience. Easy to book and great communication to reassure me that the booking was on their system. Driver called 45 minutes before the alloted time to say he was able to come earlier if I was ready or he could wait until the alloted time. Great as I was anxious to get to the airport so was very happy that he could show up early. Helpful loading everything, safe driver, very friendly. Would definitley use again.”

“We arranged our airport sending service at 6.10am in the morning.
The driver arrived at 6am, 10 minutes earlier than the booking time, which was great!
However, we were running behind ourselves and we managed to get in the car by 6.20am.
I could see that the driver was not very happy about the fact that he had to wait for 20 minutes including 10 minutes his early arrival. He never spoke a word until we got to the airport, which was fine with me.
However, when we arrived at the airport, he was asking for a tip stating that he had to wait for more than 20 minutes.
We were not in a mood to argue about it so I just gave him a 10 pound note to avoid a drama in the begining of our holiday.
We just hope we will have another driver for our airport pick-up booked.”

“Journey to airport was fine with correct size vehicle. Journey home was unacceptable you sent a smaller vehicle which you cross hired through Southampton Cabs, it was far to small and my grandson could hardly fit in the vehicle as part of the luggage was over his head from a health and safety this was totally unacceptable

“Our driver arrived on time and we finally managed to connect at the crowded seaport. He was an excellent driver, navigating the heavy traffic. He stopped at a rest stop so my husband could use the bathroom, then got us to the crazy busy Stansted Airport in plenty of time for our flight. “I needed an airport transfer for relatives from Heathrow airport and could not find a local taxi service that could do this, so I searched the internet. It was important to me that the company was reliable as nobody wants to be stranded at an airport after a long flight. I searched the internet and Jewles was one of the companies recommended and had good reviews so I took a chance and booked with them. The emil communication before the journey was efficient and I received a telephone call from the driver to confirm the meeting place in the airport and everything went very smoothly The driver was very professiona, friendlyl and polite and communication was very clear. The Minibus was very clean and well serviced and we all felt safe and comfortable. We later booked the return journey and again everything was efficient and as agreed.”
