“Never used this company prior so was not hesitant at first, however my experience was a very positive one with great customer service and the drivers provided a quality service and communication as well, would highly recommend.
My only feedback would be to have the drivers assigned sooner as sometimes are quite last minute which can make you panic a little but nevertheless both drivers turned up well in advance. Will definitely use in future airport transfers.”

“What a wonderful way to transfer between Birmingham and Heathrow. Our flight from Dublin to Heathrow had been cancelled due to Aer Lingus strike and the only flight we could get out of Dublin was to Birmingham. We then needed to transfer to Heathrow to connect to our Qantas flight home to Australia. Our 3+ months of travel there was no way we wanted to miss that flight and the Jewels Transfer was a far better option than a train journey which involved four changes - with luggage, and a husband with three joint replacements.
A slight moment of panic when our driver was not waiting in the arrivals hall however that was quickly sorted with a phone call and we were on our way.
Very smooth ride and a driver who didn’t talk excessively made the journey very pleasant.”
