My only feedback would be to have the drivers assigned sooner as sometimes are quite last minute which can make you panic a little but nevertheless both drivers turned up well in advance. Will definitely use in future airport transfers.”

“Second time I've used Jewel to get from Essex to Stansted - they always deliver. Reliable, on time (drivers are always a little early), clean cars and their drivers are a credit to them.
Price-wise, I researched five local Southend companies and they were MORE expensive than Jewel, so from now on when I visit the family (I live in Dubai) I will always use Jewel and will recommend them to friends and family.”
“Great experience with Jewels. Our driver (Ash?) clearly montiored our flight and rang me as I was walking through Heathrow to arrange a meeting point. He took care of our luggage and we were on the road and home very promptly. The driver was very friendly but also appreciative of the fact that we were both exhausted and so didn't overchat during the trip.
