“I did not receive the pacifiers and your customer service disclaims responsibility A real shame of service Shame on you I received a torn and wet package without the products, how could it be my fault? Which rod should I bring when I didn't get anything? The main thing is to take the money without shame!”

“Ordered a BIB dummy in blossom colour, size 2. Received a size 1, so I emailed customer service with photo proof, who then said they’d send out the correct size. The replacement order arrives & is a complete different colour! I emailed again with photo proof, to be told they checked & did send me the correct item, even though the proof was in the pictures!! They then haven’t been responding to any of my emails! Disgusting customer service! This has happened on another occasion where they sent the incorrect item but did resolve it then, so placed this order for this to happen & be treated this way. Terrible!!”

“I needed to pay 80€ and for sure I will not for only 2 products that cost 6€. I spoke with the company and they said it’s not their responsibility so I lost 30€ (with the delivery cost) and the products.”
