In the course of my extensive property search, I have encountered numerous agencies; however, KFH distinguishes itself in a highly positive manner, offering a refreshing and unique approach. Their service exhibits a notable emphasis on human aspects, contributing to a particularly pleasant engagement. I have deliberately narrowed my property search to exclusively consider listings promoted by KFH, as their commitment to superior treatment has consistently set them apart. This sentiment extends uniformly across various branches in South London, where I have interacted with several estate agents. I wholeheartedly endorse KFH for any property-related needs, as they undoubtedly deliver an unparalleled experience, leaving clients thoroughly satisfied. I wish to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by specific agents. Marcus and Matt from the Blackheath branch, Callum from the Streatham branch, and Toby from the Sydenham branch have all left a lasting impression with their exceptional professionalism. While all agents at KFH are commendable, these individuals, with whom I have had the privilege of interacting, deserve special mention. I contacted KFH in northcote road to search for property to rent long term. I spoke to a lovely lady called Lucy whom I found extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process. She was very professional and kept me informed and updated throughout. Some agents I have spoken to have been very pushy and not at all eager to help. Lucy was fantastic in every way!! I would just like to say "thank you so much Lucy for finding me my perfect home" you're a real gem!!

Very pleased with my letting service and agents at KFH West Hampstead. They have always found me excellent tenants and my landlady queries and requests are always answered promptly and clearly especially by Natalie and Eliana.

Very pleased with the service received from KFH. Our estate agent was Emi Steadman and he couldn't really have done much more. She was proactive, always happy to make an extra call or send an extra email to help keep things moving and always available to talk things through and provide assistance when needed. He always kept us fully up to date and gave his all throughout.

I had a good service from ISMAEL nothing was too much trouble, my wife wanted a garden, it was very hard to please. He made it possible showing us lots of properties ,,,

It was around 2 months that I was looking for a new place and I was almost disappointed to find one which suits my family's criteria/needs. Dillon (in KFH, North Finchely) found a very lovely property for me. He was such a polite, responsive, supportive and caring person. Always there for his clients. He was the only person who realized/understood what I was looking for.

Happy to meet Kerri .During our new home search to rent she is only one of many Agent who was correct ,hard working and willing to help and we feelt she knows us and she knows what we are looking for. Very responsive to messages Constantly keept contact with us and informed us on time about every single process and step of our application .This is called PROFESSIONAL !Highly recommend !Thank you Kerri

As a former employee I can say management only care about is how cool they look in their cheap suits. One boss told a colleague to think inside the box. They discourage stuff to pick up the phone and customer service is low on their key targets. Property manager work so hard with little or no little from management team. Who blame everything on them and don't know what taking ownership is about. But happy to take your money and do little to nothing as long they get your money.

kfh rip off extortionate high service charges for the christchurch house block in brixton, over 500 a month i am now being charged for service charge alone, then i have my mortgage on top , looking to sell and move out as they are ripping people off big time . avoid these at all costs, no pun intended. they are fleecing and rinsing me of all i earn .

I'd give this company negative stars if I could. From inconsistent responses to maintenance requests (if any) to messing up residents account they've ticked all the possible boxes when is about lack of professionalism and gross incompetence. For the past 5 years and a half, since I live in a development managed by KFH, KFH employees: * always failed to send the budget on time, * messed up the finances of the development (residents who paid for their services and have direct debit set up get referred to solicitor for having unpaid debt), * sent us all kind of dodgy contractors who did more damaged that repair the existing issues (talking here about plumbing, door entry system, lifts), * ignored or simply delayed to take measures to rectify the security related issues and residents ended up with their property being damaged or stolen, * failed to obtain important documents from the developer when the so called handover took place, * failed to arrange maintenance contracts, * failed for years to collect the unpaid debt which led to not paying the contractors, which affected our RTM company credit score, * failed to put in place a handover process when they changed managing agents (this acted like a factory reset...every time a new person joined, we had to start from scratch with reporting existing issues or restart the improvement work), * lied through their arses the residents numerous times blaming the sun, the moon, the contractors, other residents etc most of the time someone made a complaint, in the happy scenario they bothered to respond to a complaint. The list can go on and on. For anyone who reads my comment, avoid having to do business with them especially if names as Richard Benson, Carl Warland, Lauren Brooks, Denisha Wallace, James Hewitt-Lee come up. Their incompetence doesn’t come at a cheap price at all.

Staff useless ,they don’t know nothing about the business To repair the problems in the flat takes ages The act like mafia style threatening They are people that fail in life and they end selling and retenting house la with no clue of what they are doing Never rent or buy with them Useless is been short of what they are in reality

Avoid West Hampstead branch. Don't seem to capable of reading a court judgement and then break the court judgement repeatedly entering your property illegally and without consent. The complaints department of KFH think that this is perfectly fine and a right task to perform and that there is nothing wrong with this action. Wow. Please do business in an ethical way and save people from pain. Disgusting.

Bully-like behaviours from Catherine and Maxine at the Beckenham branch. They first tell you your offer is accepted, then all of a sudden it's not anymore over the sellers needing to complete as soon as possible and another offer seeming to have more chances to complete earlier. This is all based on lies spread by the KFH Lee branch, which we use to sell our flat, which was part of the chain, depicting a much worse picture than it was about our situation. Had to offer 15K more and then magically all those queries still pending were not a problem anymore. Several regulation requirements were not immediately met by the sellers and we had to make sure all the certifications were in place but Catherine and Maxine kept putting incredible pressure on us and at some point they even started bullying us threatening to introduce more potential buyers to scare us and push us to complete as soon as possible. We manage to turn the entire deal around in less than 8 weeks, meeting the requested deadline, only to be told 2 days before than the sellers weren't ready to exchange and we ended up moving in 17 days later, creating a huge amount of issues in our planning. Catherine and Maxine behaved in an appalling manner with us, and although they will say they can't control all the moving parts and that they were only trying to make things work as per the sellers' needs, the reality is that they only care about their commissions and they would use any scare tactics, including bluffing and lying, to get them.

Years of fraudulent fees and seeming refusal to engage with clients. Ten years suffered under never-ending stream of ‘managers’ who never seem to know what the ‘issues’ are. Smug, complacent they laugh at these reviews because Trustpilot easily massaged to hide the truth of their management fees.

Today I have a mission, and this mission is review KFH Kennington branch in all the places I can find in internet. Why? because they were the most incompetent team I ever dealt with and I want to make sure, if you are renting, to use a different agency because I heard so many lies coming from Roxanne and Valery mouth I can write a book. IF YOU ARE RENTING, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Totally useless when help is required! Leaving us clear their client is the landlord and not tenants, basically we haven’t been able to get in contact with our landlord for 3 years because he lives in another country (event for repairs and filtration works the flat needs) and got none support from KFH . They literally just take the money out for our renting without any responsibility they should have when landlords don’t react in front of tenants needs

Ilmy tenancy agreement is 3 years was mislead that it was the best for me another person, however going 8 months the other person breaches on top of breaches the tenancy was told to get along by Devonte and if I try to cancel the tenancy I would me paying alot of money for penalties, and landlord fee, why the breaches still cont'd.

Absolutely appalling service. Lazy to inform tenants and they had the nerve to tell me that they only work for the landlord. Excuse me you are getting money from me last time I checked. Also the landlord they are representing is a fraud ashe asked for money I don't owe him TWO months after I left the property. Unbelievable.

Although their sales sites is full of 5 star reviews, reality is very different. Clearly they mix the two for a better average- cynical ploy! Our estate managers are often ‘on annual leave’ or ‘on site’ visits. Responses are therefore slow in coming if at all. Am owner/occupier of long-standing. Promise much-deliver little- charge extortionate service charges.

Front office rental agents - 9/10 Property management team - 1/10 Renewals team - 1/10 Management -1/10 Great for international landlords who want to maximise the return from tenants, but terrible for tenants who need KFH’s assistance to get anything resolved. The industry needs to be better regulated and property management teams need to understand their responsibilities and show more urgency.
