“I didnt receive anything. It still says it’s in Huntington Beach and that was over a month ago that you guys put in this order for me to make up for older orders, I was putting in and not receiving. This has to be a joke. Thanks for making me reschedule clients and losing some clients because you guys can’t ship orders at all or even on time(only received 1 item out of like 4 orders and it was still late)”

“They were nice at the beginning, offered a sponsorship if I bought a box of gloves and I did, received the gloves but nothing else they promised they would send- when I asked them about it they kept sending notifications like they were shipping something and then they ghosted me. I never received the items as the tracker said the items never actually left. I have been tracking for 3 weeks and have sent multiple messages trying to figure out what's going on via email and via insta, nothing.”

“I placed an order for Shadow Black Disposable Nitrile Gloves (6 Mil) x 10, which were never delivered to my address. I contacted the sales email address on a few occasions with no response, and when I tried calling the phone line (as displayed on the King Grip website), & the call defaulted to an automated message saying "this number has a mailbox that has not been set up" - or something to that effect. My order was worth $128 USD, so I followed up with my local post office and shared messages with my neighbors, asking them to be on the lookout for my package, but I'm still empty-handed with no option to offset the cost. I'm aware that mistakes happen, especially now that the demand for online ordering/shipments is so high, but there's no other way to assess this experience - it's been very poor.”
