“I have excellent credit and after approaching my existing mortgage company to give me a secured loan and being told to expect a call back in 6 weeks and to be honest no real desire to help, I approached kis loans to see what options were available..I was absolutely delighted to be offered a secured loan at exactly the same rate via admiral loans as would be provided by virgin money I chose to proceed.ok yes a fee applies which is completely reasonable and would still need to be paid to the big high St lenders anyway. The big difference for me is that kis loans and Chris and the team want to help..they are on it from the start and that's the way it should be.so helpful..so efficient. So professional. And they know the market and keep it competitive..highly recommended..”
